What versions for PocketPC

I have an E-115 PocketPC that I got as an upgrade to a CE 2.11 E-105.

I was using version 4.1(?) of Startap+, with TuBu and DeathStar. When I got the Pocket PC I got the latest version, 4.25, of Startap, but it doesn't include TuBu and DeathStar. How do I get those additions?

Is Startap support gone?
