First off, the help says you can customize icons, but you can't. You select which icon you want and nothing happens, then you refresh and it goes back to the old icons.
Next, you can't modify color schemes or make themes. The help says that this feature times out after 30 days, but it's not enabled.
Finally, you can't use any programs that are stored in the system tray while the starbar is running. Sure you can see the programs, just not access them. Pretty useless if you use a program like Dialupmaster. You have to turn starbar off. But if you do, then you see startap in the system tray _and_ the taskbar.
This could be one of the greatest programs for the HPC. And I certainly see it's a total must have for PPC users. But these things (especially the system tray issues) hamper it into almost total non-functionality.
