YEP! Sorta Upside down - but not really

Again:

E100 (and E115 prior to 4.25) - tap near top of StarTap main screen and tool/menu bar appears/disappears from top of the screen.

E115 since 4.25 - tap near top of StarTap main screen and nothing happens -- BUT tap near the bottom of that screen and the tool/menu bar appears/disappears. (note: this was obsrvered after 2nd install of 4.25 - after the first, all I saw was the lack on "tap on top" action (guess I was not "smart" enouf to try tapping the bottom of the screen.

I have not had the time to try to see if any of my StarTap setting have been a cause --- ie:
System/Titlemargin 6-6-2
/Scroll: 13-20
Shortcuts/IconOrigin: 21-12
/IconSpacn: 110-26

But all are the same on the E100 and the E115 - but they are the only thning I can think of that might
hurt" this
