I can help a little here. Go to the Today screen, press and hold the Action wheel, tap and hold on the clock. A drop down box will ask if want to go to the clock or a run dialog.
As far as the support goes, either ThumbsupSoft is on vacation or they have all quit. I haven't gotten anything either.
